Niles & Ikram (and the other guys I’m not sure the names of) were all so extremely kind which made my experience that much better. You can really tell they care so much about their business & their customers. They even give a lifetime warranty with their products. A few hours later was emailed the car was ready.

We were very impressed by service manager Hamza's cooperation and outstanding customer services. He made the carrier functional within a short amount of time and as a result we didn't have to cancel our camping trip the next morning. By way of conversation with Hamza, we also learnt that they also repair stone chip in the windshield. We had a stone chip from our last trip and we decided to fix it. Hamza took us to their Windshield repair department (Wind Auto Glass Inc) where he introduced us to their repair Specialist Sam, a very friendly guy. Sam told us that he needs 20 minutes to fix the damage and the charge was reasonable. Sam fixed it before the deadline. We were very pleased with Hamza and Sam.
